Vantage is a unique project by Acro Real Estate in partnership with Gaia Real Estae.
We acquired the tower when it was in an old state, with outdated apartments and no shared areas for residents.
After a complete overhaul of the building, we transformed it into a luxurious tower that includes a grand lobby, a fitness room, guest rooms, a furnished rooftop, and more.
The apartments were renovated and turned into stunning luxury units. The interior design was done by the award-winning interior designer, Andres Escobar.
The tower consists of 99 apartments on 22 floors overlooking the East River. The building is located in the young Murray Hill neighborhood in Manhattan.
Originally built in 2001, it is now a young boutique building with an excellent location that offers very reasonable prices relative to its location in Manhattan.
