The complex is located in the southern part of the Herzliya Pituach industrial zone, covering an area of about 10 acres and approximately 45,000 square meters.
The complex serves Microsoft Israel and includes a large impressive public areas for the convenience of the employees.
The complex was built by Acro Real Estate and is leased in its entirety to Microsoft Israel.
The project planned by architect Avner Yashar, and include office and commercial space expanding over 8 floors.
